In-House Training

Where the expert training comes to you

In-House Training

Training that gives your workforce exactly the course they need when and where you want it.

In-house training represents the major part of our activities.

Whilst some of these courses are repetitions of our residential training courses, or are based upon them, the majority of our in-house training courses are specifically designed to meet your precise needs. In-house training courses can vary in duration from half a day up to five days. The optimum attendance is 12 to 25 delegates, although more or fewer can be accommodated.

We strongly believe that training is most effective when it is directly relevant to the activities performed by the attendees. With that in mind, we like to work closely with you to design courses which your staff can immediately relate to and which answer their specific questions.

Although we offer one-off courses, we regularly work closely with clients to develop a comprehensive series of training courses. They’re designed to take the entire workforce through general GMP training and then provide specific, modular, task-orientated training for individual departments.

  • Adding Value to Your Business

The most effective way to develop and improve your team

They say if you want to develop an individual send them for some external training; but if you want to develop and motivate a whole team, bring the course in-house.

All the courses we offer can be tailored to your needs and run on your premises. These can be single day or multiple day courses. Or they may consist of multiple day courses offered over an extended period of time, i.e. our module based Qualified Person Programme.

    Adding value to your business

By bringing the course in-house you can prioritise and select the content and decide on the duration – all of which puts you in control of the costs.

We will work with you to tailor the course so that…

    • Course material is based on your company’s products and procedures
    • Case studies directly reflect the experience of your people
    • Everyone is exposed to the same material, so changes and improvements can be implemented quickly and efficiently
    • Your company’s issues and challenges can be openly discussed in a confidential manner
  • How it works

    Step 1

We discuss the course programme with you – your objectives, the target audience, locations and timing

    Step 2

We provide a draft proposal and programme for your review.

    Step 3

We take in your feedback and make adjustments to the programme to ensure it meets your needs and educational objectives

    Step 4

We deliver the programme, course materials and provide attendance certificates, if requested

    Step 5

We discuss feedback from the course attendees and stakeholders and plan any follow up actions as appropriate

Some examples of the feedback we receive for our in-house training courses

    October 2011, Roche, Brazil

“Very useful in my daily activities. Very good exercises – examples according to the business. Highly qualified instructors. Instructors challenged the group all the time. This was really great! Excellent relationship with the group.”

    Claudio Cattoi – HR Director

“Very practical approach with high level of applicability in daily work. Right level of complexity considering that the audience comes from very different areas with some different background. Training material allows to go more in depth for those who are interested.”

    Hans Stach, Site Director

“The course was an important opportunity to open our mind and simplify the investigation process and the tools that were learned will facilitate research processes and close investigation report with more security.”
